1. The paid referral
Rise Buy Fly sells qualifying call referrals and may be paid by a third party or call network. That compensation is separate from the receiving provider’s ticket price and any disclosed service fee. Carrier or calling-app charges may apply to your call.
2. Quotes and availability
Ask the receiving provider which itineraries it can offer, when the quote expires and how the fare can be confirmed. Fares and availability can change before ticketing. A requested airline or cabin requires actual confirmation; no lowest-price or exclusive-offer claim is made.
3. Review the full amount
Confirm the total payable price and currency, taxes, mandatory charges, baggage and included services. Ask for a breakdown of any separate booking, processing, change or cancellation fee and its refund terms before approving that service.
4. Identify the payment recipient
Ask for the provider’s business name, contact details, merchant of record and secure payment method. The call-only website takes no payment. A booking is confirmed by the provider’s actual ticketing confirmation, not a call or proposed quote.
5. A question about a charge
