Call-referral terms & conditions

1. The service offered here

This section provides a telephone referral line and information to help prepare a flight inquiry. Calls are routed to a separate travel provider, potentially through a call network such as MarketCall. Rise Buy Fly sells qualifying call referrals and may receive compensation.

A specified recipient is not guaranteed. This section does not issue tickets, take ticket payments or act as an airline’s official support channel.

2. Choosing to call

Phone buttons use a native telephone link. Your device may open a calling app, show a confirmation or require you to dial from another phone. Network availability, provider hours and device settings affect connection.

Calling shares your caller ID and call-related information with the receiving network and travel provider to connect and handle your inquiry. Read the Privacy Policy. A call is not permission for unrelated marketing or future automated calls or texts.

3. Know the receiving business

Ask the answering business to identify itself and provide its contact details, privacy notice and terms. Only provide another traveler’s details with authorization. You can begin with a first name; a later ticket requires the correct traveler name under the provider’s booking process.

4. A separate booking agreement

The receiving provider is responsible for its quote, fees, payment, ticketing and after-sales service. Review airports, dates, operating airlines, connections, baggage, cabin, complete price and change or refund rules before authorizing a purchase. Obtain its written confirmation.

A call, referral or quote does not reserve a seat, issue a ticket or authorize payment. Applicable airline conditions and mandatory consumer law also apply.

5. Changes, refunds and concerns

6. Your rights

These terms do not remove mandatory consumer or privacy rights. Choosing a referral does not waive a lawful refund, payment dispute, complaint or privacy remedy. Verify travel-document and entry requirements with the relevant official authorities.
