1. Use the provider on your confirmation
For a ticket, payment, change, cancellation or refund, contact the travel provider or merchant of record named on your booking confirmation and receipt. The referral line may connect you to a different business, so it should not be used as a replacement for your booking provider’s support details.
2. Review the applicable conditions
Eligibility depends on the actual fare, airline conditions, service purchased and applicable law. Review any separate provider fee and its refund terms. Mandatory refund rights take priority over conflicting conditions.
For current U.S. flight-refund information, see the U.S. Department of Transportation guidance.
3. Ask for confirmation of the action
Have the booking reference, traveler name, travel dates and reason for your request ready. Ask the provider to confirm the requested action, the amount and payment method, any applicable fee and expected timing. A conversation alone does not confirm that a ticket was cancelled or refunded.
4. An unresolved concern
Keep your quote, terms, receipt and correspondence. Raise the booking concern with the responsible provider; lawful payment and consumer remedies remain available. Write to Rise Buy Fly about this website or a referral issue using Support & Complaints.
